So keep in mind, a company that is growing, has a small U.S. footprint with a differentiator, real big one, has room for you to grow with, a real true oportunity, not just words.

Plus, you will LOVE this guy. The Founder that is, and you would appreciate that as an entreprenuer.

3. Commissions - Dollar One - No Sunset - No Threshold to Reach.

This is HUGE as you can imagine, not threshold to hit.

4. Primarliy an agent office pricing scheme, which is good in many cases as you know to get the absolute best pricing from some of the biggest Asian agent players.

5. Warehousing is something they will do by either getting one, or using St. George or the like, ie subing it. We are putting in a 50,000 Sq ft in Chicago

I would anticapte a $110,000 or $115,000 to $120,000 Salary here, depends on our conversation we have.

I would also anticapte a $5,000 to $10,000 Signing bonus from them to you if we do our job correctly.
