There is a version of freight forwarding recruitment that treats it as a numbers game. Post a role, collect resumes, interview whoever applied. We were built on a different conviction.
Our founders spent their formative years inside this industry. Actually working it. Learning which qualities make a freight sales executive genuinely productive, and which ones only look that way on paper. Market fluency. Relationship depth. Negotiation instinct. The composure to hold steady when trade lanes shift without warning. A resume rarely surfaces any of it.
That experience shaped a specific belief: the best hire is rarely the one circulating their CV. They are already working, already embedded, already trusted by their customers. Reaching them means knowing who they are before the vacancy exists. It takes intelligence built over years inside one industry, and a generalist running a keyword search cannot replicate it.
➡️ An in-house HR function will never encounter these candidates. They move only for the right conversation, and having that conversation is the work.
So we founded the firm on that logic. It came from where our founders spent their years, and what those years taught them about what good looks like in this trade.
When we make a placement, it starts from that same place every time.
