    REASONS FOR A CHANGE:

    Matthew entered into the industry a few years ago at what could be considered an entry level pay scale, and is now just starting on his third year in the industry.

     

     

    With his great success and further understanding of the business, is prepared to make a change to upgrade, ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE, his SERVICE LEVELS that he provides for his CLIENTS.

     

     

    He is in pursuit of a company that can free up his time so as to be able to focus more on sales, less on operational problem solving, and to increase his compensation.
